Phase 0b – Pre-Seed build (2026)
- • Add BA, UX and AI architect for 2–3 months.
- • Build clickable VibeQ99 prototype and UX map.
- • Define AI architecture and data model.
- • Prepare Seed-ready pitch deck and financial model.
Budget: ~$15k–$20k – light but strategic investment to become Seed-ready.
Phase 1 – Seed-funded V1 (2026–2027)
- • Build and launch VibeQ99 App v1.0.
- • Launch podcast, ebooks and short-form content engine.
- • Activate youth creator loop for acquisition.
Funding: $300k–$400k Seed.
Outcome: first paying users, DAU/MAU, retention and early revenue.
Phase 2 – Scale & community (2027–2028)
- • Multi-age expansion (10–14, 15–19, 20–30).
- • AI companion 2.0 and deeper personalisation.
- • Global Q99 Tribe community and creator marketplace.
Outcome: network effects and a scalable youth wellbeing ecosystem, ready for Series A.
